Cinnamon Sugar Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins are the most delicious banana muffins ever! They bake in 12-15 minutes and are great for breakfast or dessert!
1 1/2cupsself-rising flour
Cinnamon Sugar Topping
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt butter in a small microwavable bowl. Set aside to cool.
Combine flour and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.
Using a separate bowl combine mashed bananas, sugar, egg, vanilla, and melted butter.
Add wet ingredients in with dry ingredients until incorporated. Gently fold in 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.
Place 1/4 cup of batter in each tin of a well-sprayed muffin pan.
Mix together sugar and cinnamon in a bowl for the muffin topping.
Using a spoon lightly sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over each muffin. With a toothpick, swirl throughout the top of the muffin and sprinkle with more mixture, as desired. Top with additional chocolate chips.
Bake in oven for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
