Coastal Scents Go Eyeshadow Palette “Beijing” Review + Swatches
When I recently stumbled upon Coastal Scents Go Eyeshadow Palettes, I knew I had to give them a try. Coastal Scents currently offers 3 Go Palettes including, Beijing, Cairo, and Sydney, each with colors inspired by its unique location. I personally was drawn to the Beijing palette as the colors are absolutely beautiful.
In case you are unfamiliar with the company Coastal Scents, they are a fairly newer brand who has offered Beauty and Bath products since 2005. Coastal Scents is best known for its eyeshadow palettes and has gained tremendous popularity in recent years for the high quality and value of its beauty products. Additionally, Coastal Scents offers several natural products and does not test its products on animals.
Each palette contains 12 eyeshadows with a compact mirror for easy application, and are the perfect size for traveling.
The Beijing Palette includes twelve beautiful shades including cherry blossom pinks, deep plums, burnt orange tones, and gorgeous golds.
With such a variety of shades, the palette is highly versatile in offering neutral options for day-time looks or deeper shades for sultry, smokey eye looks.
All of the colors have great pigmentation, are super silky to the touch, and I have not had any issues with fall-out.
As you can see in the swatches, all of the shades in this palette are gorgeous!
Overall, I was impressed with this palette and I am debating ordering the Cairo one as well. You are definitely getting a great deal with this product as it is currently $8.95 on the company’s website and it comes with 12 high-quality shades. I can see myself creating tons of beautiful looks using all of the shades.
I also really appreciate the size of the palette and this product would be perfect to carry in your purse while on the go. The mirror is very handy as well, as it’s always nice to have a mirror for touch ups.

i’ve not tried these but own a few of their palettes. coastal scents and bh cosmetics use the same mass distributor in china, so some of their products are exactly the same–meaning, i usually check both sites to see if one palette is cheaper than the other. I’m talking about the 88 mega palettes.

Costal Scents make great eyeshadow palettes for those who want to start getting into makeup, although I find some of their shades to be kind of chalky! Maybe it’s different with their baked shadows! Thanks for the review

LOVE these! They seem to have a perfect shimmer to them. I also like how there are a lot of neutral colors, which is better for my (pale, haha) coloring.
They do have a nice shimmer to them without being glittery. And I’m pale too, girl! haha 🙂
I usually really hate Coastal Scents, but this pallet looks pretty! I’ll have to take a look at it!

I’ve never heard of Costal, but those are some seriously great colors! I love the mix of natural colors with the not-so-natural colors…most pallets always seem to be one or the other.

I feel like the shades in this palette are ones that most eyeshadow wearers use in some way or another throughout the year. I can definitely see different shades being beautiful for each season. 🙂

I’m kind of addicted to eyeshadows. I love all the different colors. I am not the best at blending more than two colors, but I love it!
I love eyeshadow too! These shadows are great for blending and glide on smoothly. I’m actually wearing the gold shade with the brown today! 🙂
