November Drugstore Beauty Favorites

Happy Monday! It’s time for my monthly beauty faves! Hopefully each of you enjoyed some time off for the Thanksgiving holiday and were able to get your fill of yummy food! I spent the majority of my long weekend relaxing with the kiddos, watching movies, playing outside, and doing some online shopping.

I also watched the Gilmore Girls- A Year in the Life Netflix series, which was awesome and the ending left me in full blown shock mode! No worries I won’t release any spoilers! 🙂 Of course a long holiday weekend wouldn’t be complete without catching a yucky cold, so Saturday and Sunday were spent mostly on the couch resting up. I’m back at work today, so wish me luck and hopefully I’ll be back to my healthy self soon enough!

  1. Garnier Skin Renew 5 Second Blur Instant Smoother– As much as I love benefit porefessional primer, I’ve been on the hunt for something a little less expensive and less drying during the winter months. This product definitely fits the bill and helps keep my foundation looking great all day long, especially around my problem zones like underneath the nose and on my chin. Love!

  2. Maybelline Lip Studio Color Blur in Plum, Please I’m really loving the lip studio line by Maybelline and this “Plum, Please” shade is the prettiest color for fall and winter. These pencils have a cream matte finish and glide on the lips effortlessly. I also bought the shade pink insanity, which will be so pretty in the spring months. 🙂

  3. Philosophy Land of Sweets Bath Set I recently purchased these when they were on sale, and they all smell amazing! The hot cocoa one is definitely my fave, but all three of them are perfect to use during the holiday months. These make great gifts too!
  4. Rimmel Oh My Gloss in Rebel Red I’ve been trying to find a pretty red lip gloss shade for Christmas, and this one is perfect! This shade has blue undertones to it and is a deeper red which really pops when paired with a more subtle eye makeup look. I also love the amount of sheen each of these glosses have and even the clear gloss is pretty.
  5. Pixi By Petra Beauty Blush Duo + Kabuki in Rose GoldIf there’s a top obsession on my list this month, this by far would be it! First off, the brush that comes with this set, is amazing! Second, while this duo claims it is a blush, it is more on the highlight end of the spectrum and it is so gorgeous! The way I apply it is I take the kabuki brush, swipe it in a circular motion over the pink and gold product and apply to the apples of my cheeks. Trust me when I say, everyone will be complimenting you when you wear this product! So, so gorgeous!

Shop my faves!

What’d you do over Thanksgiving break? Did you venture out on Black Friday? Let me know in the comments!

I’m completely obsessed with finding new red lip glosses and lip stains. I literally buy a new one every single time I’m at the store. It’s getting bad haha but I like having options and reds are perfect for this time of year! I’ll have to try out these two.
