Hey everyone! Hope you had a fabulous weekend with your families. Who else is ready for Summer?! While Summer doesn’t officially kick off until June 21st, today I’m excited to be sharing a roundup of Summer 2019 Fashion Trends in partnership with Bealls Outlet.

Summer Fashion Trends : Florals & Ruffles

Up first on this list of Summer 2019 Fashion Trends is florals and ruffles- perfect for all the girly-girls out there like me. If you’re a fan of The Devil Wears Prada you’re probably thinking “Florals for Summer? Groundbreaking”, but I don’t think you can ever really go wrong with floral prints. Floral prints always look great on dresses, skirts, and jumpsuits, and of course are always a nice touch on accessories like hair scarves and headbands.

Ruffles are also such a darling fashion trend and add such a girly detail to blouses, dresses, and skirts. I’ve even noticed several pairs of shoes lately with ruffle detail, which I love!

I found this adorable off the shoulder cropped blouse and floral skirt at Bealls Outlet and I think they look so cute together! This lightweight top features a cute ruffle detail, can be worn on the shoulder or off, and is very lightweight. I love how comfortable it fits and the button detail on the front is so darling.

If I had to choose a favorite piece though, it would definitely be this skirt! This floral skirt sits comfortably on the waist with a cute wrap detail and side tie. The front opens up with a high split however there is a mini skirt underneath for the perfect amount of coverage. Not to mention the floral print is so pretty and the material is very lightweight and flowy.

Summer Fashion Trends : 90’s Style

Next on the summer fashion trends list is 90’s style! From fun prints like tie-dye and bright neon colors, to biker shorts and cute graphic tees, 90’s fashion is back and it’s a summer trend you’ll definitely want to try. I personally love the fact that more casual looks are really coming back into play in the fashion world and I’ve always been a fan of tie-dye.

I’ll be honest I’ve never tried the biker short trend, but I might give it a go with a cute tank in this Georgia heat. This pair of biker shorts at Bealls Outlet is only $7.99! What do you think of this trend?

Summer Fashion Trends : Stripes

Another classic fashion trend for this summer is stripes. Although stripes are pretty much always in style, they’ve definitely made a comeback this year and are the perfect choice for summer. From darling jumpsuits and paperbag shorts, to cute striped tops and dresses, the possibilities are endless when it comes to stripes.

Nautical stripes are perfect for summer vacations and look great paired with solid white or tan. Also get excited if you’re a fan of bright colors! Rainbow colored stripes have made a comeback and they’re so cute. I love this rainbow striped front tie top and think it would look so cute with a pair of white or denim shorts for summer.

Summer Fashion Trends : Camo Print

Moving on to another summer trend I’m so excited for is camo print! Although this fashion trend used to only be found mostly in jackets and cargo pants, nowadays you’ll find it in dresses, tees and tanks, leggings, and even shoes.

I found this adorable camo wrap dress at Bealls Outlet for under $10 and I absolutely love how cute and comfy it is! Also, can we talk about how flattering the shape of it is?

As a petite gal who is barely over 5 ft, I’ve always struggled finding wrap dresses that work with my short frame and torso. This camo dress is perfect though and actually gives the illusion of an hour glass figure, which I love. It also has a really soft material that is lightweight.

Summer Fashion Trends : Yellow

If there’s one summer fashion trend I’m really excited for this year, it’s the color yellow. Yellow is just one of those shades that makes me happy and I personally think it looks good on everyone. Wearing yellow can instantly brighten up your complexion (and mood) and it also pairs nicely with denim.

An added bonus is yellow is always a popular choice for the fall months, making it a great choice for versatility in your wardrobe. You can always pair yellow blouses and dresses like this yellow striped maxi dress with a cute cardigan or denim jacket to instantly make it cool weather appropriate.
