Athena Club Daily Probiotic Supplement Review – Overall Thoughts:

I’ve been using the Athena Club Daily Probiotic for a couple of months now and I must say that I LOVE it.

I’ve tried probiotics on and off over the years but never really found one that I was super crazy about.

I now know that’s because many of the probiotics on the market aren’t designed specifically for females and many of the issues we deal with.

That said, the Athena Club Daily Probiotic is the perfect supplement for females to add to their routine and I’ve personally noticed such a difference in my overall health.

While my diet is already great (thanks to doing Whole30), since starting the Athena Club probiotics my gut health and digestion has improved even more.

More than that, I’ve also noticed other benefits including better sleep and improved mood (especially during that time of the month).

 

Would I recommend it?

YES! I’ve been really happy with my results and would definitely recommend it to other women.

As I’m sure many of you know, having stomach problems, female problems, etc. can all add a ton of stress to your body, so for me I love that taking a daily probiotic helps take a lot of stress off my plate and helps me feel overall happier/healthier.
