Gorgeous Ice Princess Winter Snowflakes Makeup Look
Happy Monday! It’s officially December (and my birthday month) so to kick things off, I decided to create a gorgeous Ice Princess Winter Snowflakes Makeup look to celebrate the start of the winter/holiday season!
Halloween might be over, but that doesn’t mean I’ve stopped sharing fun makeup looks on here and I have several holiday makeup looks that I plan to share in the coming weeks leading up to Christmas.
So get ready for it and let’s dive right into how to create this beautiful ice princess makeup look featuring winter snowflakes!
Gorgeous Ice Princess Winter Snowflakes Makeup Look
This ice princess makeup look was inspired by both my love for snowflakes and the movie Frozen and I’m so in love with how it turned out. Featuring a dramatic blue and white cut crease eyeshadow look, glowy skin, and delicate white snowflakes, this is the perfect holiday winter look and will definitely make you feel like an ice princess!
I mean how fun would this makeup look be for a holiday party?!
Ice Princess Makeup Tutorial
- To get this gorgeous ice princess makeup look, start by blending various shades of blue in the crease (beginning with the lightest shade first) and use a piece of scotch tape to create winged eyeshadow. Slowly build up the intensity and use the darkest shade of blue right above the crease for added definition.
- Next create a cut crease with white eyeshadow (I love this eyeshadow base)and using white eyeliner create a dramatic winged look, followed by black liner on top, coming out halfway.
- Add the deep blue shade to the inner rim of the bottom lash line.
- Apply a full coverage foundation all over the face and concealer to the under eye area. Contour the cheek bones and temples of the forehead with bronzer to add warmth to the face. Lightly fill in the brows.
- Next use white liquid eyeliner to begin creating the snowflakes on the face and eyelids. Start with creating the large snowflakes first and then fill in the areas in between with tiny dots for the look of “snow freckles”. The easiest way to create a snowflake is to draw an asterisk shape first, then carefully draw on the individual v’s on each point.
- Once the snowflakes are completely dried, apply a light dusting of highlight powder on top of the cheekbones, and brow bones to give the skin a luminous appearance. (I used the white shade in this palette). Apply a small amount of white liquid glitter around the tear duct of the eyes.
- Apply a dramatic pair of falsies and this light pink matte lipstick to the lips to complete the look. These affordable drugstore falsies are my total faves right now!
