How to Make Graduation Cap Mason Jars

How do you make Graduation Mason Jars?

Making graduation mason jars are SO easy and you thankfully only need just a few supplies which I’ve included below.

Supplies Needed:

What size mason jar works best for graduation cap mason jars?

You can use any size mason jar for these graduation jars, but I personally recommend using wide mouth pint mason jars like these.

Depending on what you put in your jars, wide mouth jars are going to be a lot easier to fill and will be easier for your graduate to reach down into.

Alternatively, you can use regular mason jars like these.

What do you give kids for graduation in their graduation cap mason jars?

When it comes to these graduation mason jars, the possibilities are truly endless when it comes to filling them.

The obvious choice is of course money or the grad’s favorite candy, but I encourage you to really personalize your gift for the recipient and their own personal interests.

Here’s just a few other fun and special ideas:

Can I Use These as Mason Jar Graduation Centerpieces?

Yes! These would look so cute as centerpieces at any graduation party, and of course the graduates/guests can then take them home as a fun party favor!

Create a tassle using Red Satin Floss (or another colored floss) by gathering several threads together and tying off the top with a long piece of thread.

For added security I tied this off twice.
