Monthly Beauty + Fashion Favorites – June 2018
Old Navy Bow Tie Sandals
Up first is seriously the cutest pair of bow slides, and now I officially want all the pairs. I’ve been wanting a pair of bow slides for ages, and I finally picked up a couple pairs during Old Navy’s 4thof July sale for only $6 each! Not only was it a total steal, but how cute are they?!
I actually wore the metallic pair on the 4th and they were super comfy! I also couldn’t resist the blue gingham ones and I think they’ll look perfect with so many looks. If you love these too, they have tons of other prints over here.
If you haven’t checked out Wal-Mart’s accessory section in awhile, you need to run not walk to your nearest store! They have the cutest statement earrings, layered necklaces, and even better they’re all less than $5 each!
I scored a gorgeous pair of rainbow colored earrings on clearance for $2 and sparkly ball-drop earrings for just $2.97 regular price, which I’m wearing in my recent Instagram photo.
Unfortunately you can only buy them in-store, so I can’t link them, but seriously make sure to check out the jewelry section soon and keep your eyes peeled for some amazing clearance deals.
VIIcode Nightly Oxygen Eye Masks
Another current favorite of mine are the VIIcode O2M Oxygen Eye Masks. They’re an overnight treatment that can be worn up to 8 hours, and they have a cooling sensation on the skin which feels amazing!
I recently started using them a couple nights a week and I must say I’m super impressed so far with how they help sooth the undereye area.
Each eye mask contains botanical extracts, peptides, and essential vitamins to help with tired eyes, dark circles, and fine lines.
While I haven’t used them enough yet to say anything definitively about them helping with fine lines, these eye masks have definitely helped minimize any puffiness and redness under my eyes that I sometimes get when I’m tired.
I also find them super relaxing to wear at night time because they have the cooling sensation on the skin. (Alternatively, they can be refrigerated for an even stronger cooling sensation.)
Catrice Prime and Fine Nude Glow Primer
I’ve been testing out a lot of primers lately trying to find a really hydrating one, and this nude glow primer that I recently picked up at Ulta is my new fave!
Made with pomegranate oil, it gives the skin this instant luminous finish, which looks so pretty paired with a glowy-foundation.
This is the second product I’ve used and loved from Catrice, so they’re definitely a new makeup brand on my radar. (Check out my favorite mascara from them in my last favorites roundup over here)
L’Oreal Infallible Pro Glow 24-Hour Foundation
I’ve wanted to get my hands on this pro glow foundation for a while now, but they were unfortunately always out of my shade until just recently. While I like matte finish foundations, in the summer months I like wearing more dewy finishes.
This luminous foundation has been perfect to wear lately when I want something to last all day, and I really like the buildable coverage. If you’re looking to switch up your current matte foundation, I highly recommend this one for the summer months ahead.
Makeup Revolution SophX Highlighter Palette
This highlighter palette was recently sent to me in a PR package, and to say I’m obsessed would be an understatement. It’s no secret that I can’t ever get enough of highlighters but this one is just too pretty not to share with you all!
I love that this palette features eight gorgeous different shades and you can mix and match them too for more intensity. Check out the gorgeous swatches below!
