To me, there’s no greater encouragement in life than knowing we’re promised eternal life if we make the commitment to choose Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior.

“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

I also think it’s important to note that this bible verse says, I can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens me. Not some things, but ALL things through Christ.

In life we will face many difficult times, trials, and hardships, but as Christians, we can find peace and comfort in knowing that we serve a God that is greater than any problem and a savior that will fight our battles for us.

In Hebrews 12:1-3, it says:

“And let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. For consider Him who endured such hostility from sinners against Himself, lest you become weary and discouraged in your souls.”

“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.”

The bible also tell us to stand strong and put on the whole armor of God, knowing that:

“in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.” – Romans 8:37. 

Ephesians 6:10-13 tells us:

“Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
