  7. Love both of these looks! I think the casual one is my fave, the red pants are perfect for Valentine’s day!

  8. You look fabulous, lady! I always love rocking my red pants during February… however this year a dress might be a better option for me 😉 haha!

  9. OMG that sexy date outfit is seriously so adorable!! you look fabulous. Obsessed with that skirt!!!!! I seriously love it so much. Wish I could pull something like that off!!

  10. Cara, I LOVE both these outfits! The red pants are fantastic and I LOVE the skirt. I’d love to say I’m going to get all dolled up, but it’s freezing over in my parts still (like single digit weather) and I’m all about survival so I’ll be in pants and my big puffy coat. Let’s be real though, you’re outfits are so cute I’m using them for inspiration come spring time! Hope you’re having a great week so far! XO -Kim

  11. I feel like this could be the perfect day-to-night look for almost any special occasion. The pants to the office and then the skirt for the fun night ahead. Love that skirt, by the way! – Katy

    1. Thanks! I almost feel like I could wear the red pants outfit to work and then change into the other for a date. 🙂

  12. Both of these looks are adorable and I love how you show how the shirt can be dressed up or dressed down. The black tulle skirt is adorable!

  14. Both of these are absolutely fabulous! I could never think of just making up an outfit from my current clothes.

    1. Thanks! I agree, I wear these red pants throughout the year at various times, so it’s not something that I’m just wearing once.

  15. Ugh! Those red pants are absolutely adorable! I love both looks to be honest that it would be difficult to choose one; but I’m leaning toward the first look. I’m all about a casual and comfy look!

  18. I’m not a Valentine’s fan. We’ll be in New Orleans this year, but MFD will be at a convention and I’ll be bumming around town.

Love the red pants. I’m a sucker for colored pants.

  19. Perfect! I’m in love with that skirt!! I don’t know our plans yet but I’ll probably keep it casual since we usually choose to stay home and avoid the crowds =)

    1. Thank-you! Normally that’s what we do too, but it’s nice to get out every once and awhile for a mommy and daddy date. 🙂

    1. Thank-you! I’ve been waiting for an occasion to wear the skirt, and I thought it worked so well with the heart top. 🙂

  20. I love the toole skirt! My V-day plans are babysitting my baby nephew with my husband so his parents can have a night out! My husband and I usually don’t make a big deal out of it and just get each other a card.

    1. Thank-you! Aw, that will still be fun spoiling your nephew 🙂 We usually keep it low-key too, but there are rare years where we go out somewhere “fancy”-haha!

  21. Cara, you look absolutely adorable! I love that hurt tunics so much, maurices has such cute finds!! I love how effortless the transition is and I love the flirtiness of that little skirt blowing in the wind, super super cute and perfect for a date night!! Hope your week gets off to a wonderful start beautiful!

    1. Aw thank-you! I’m looking forward to wearing the skirt look for mine and my husband’s date soon. Have a wonderful day, Andrea! 🙂
