Thank-you! The skirt is definitely fun to wear. & you totally could pull it off, girl! 🙂
Cara, I LOVE both these outfits! The red pants are fantastic and I LOVE the skirt. I’d love to say I’m going to get all dolled up, but it’s freezing over in my parts still (like single digit weather) and I’m all about survival so I’ll be in pants and my big puffy coat. Let’s be real though, you’re outfits are so cute I’m using them for inspiration come spring time! Hope you’re having a great week so far! XO -Kim
Thanks Kim! Haha I don’t blame you one bit 🙂
I feel like this could be the perfect day-to-night look for almost any special occasion. The pants to the office and then the skirt for the fun night ahead. Love that skirt, by the way! – Katy
I agree Katy! I actually might do that! Thanks! 🙂
What a great top! I love the styling in both outfits.

Thanks! I agree, I wear these red pants throughout the year at various times, so it’s not something that I’m just wearing once.

Have Need Want
Thank-you! I definitely will! 🙂
I’m not a Valentine’s fan. We’ll be in New Orleans this year, but MFD will be at a convention and I’ll be bumming around town.
Love the red pants. I’m a sucker for colored pants.
You have the perfect leg length for a short skirt.
You reminded me I need red pants… ESPECIALLY for V-day!
Haha thank-you! They are actually surprisingly versatile to have throughout the year. 🙂
Perfect VDay looks! Love the dressed up version, but I’m thinking the casual one would fit more with our plans an my style 🙂

Perfect! I’m in love with that skirt!! I don’t know our plans yet but I’ll probably keep it casual since we usually choose to stay home and avoid the crowds =)
Thank-you! Normally that’s what we do too, but it’s nice to get out every once and awhile for a mommy and daddy date. 🙂

Thank-you! I do too, it’s such a flirty, girly piece to have. 🙂
I love the toole skirt! My V-day plans are babysitting my baby nephew with my husband so his parents can have a night out! My husband and I usually don’t make a big deal out of it and just get each other a card.
Thank-you! Aw, that will still be fun spoiling your nephew 🙂 We usually keep it low-key too, but there are rare years where we go out somewhere “fancy”-haha!
Cara, you look absolutely adorable! I love that hurt tunics so much, maurices has such cute finds!! I love how effortless the transition is and I love the flirtiness of that little skirt blowing in the wind, super super cute and perfect for a date night!!
