Fall Beauty and Fashion Favorites
Today I’m sharing my Fall 2019 Beauty and Fashion Favorites, including must-have makeup, skincare, and fashion products.
Fall Beauty and Fashion Favorites
Hey everyone! I’ve discovered so many amazing products lately that today I decided to put together a Fall Beauty + Fashion Favorites post with all the products I can’t get enough of. Today’s post includes a mixture of beauty and skincare products as well as some fashion items I’ve been loving, and the best part is they’re all affordable finds!

Pantene Mist Behaving Dry Conditioner Mist
In case you missed it, I recently collaborated with Pantene on their new Waterless Haircare Collection and I’m obsessed! In addition to their dry shampoo, one of my favorite products from the collection is the Mist Behaving Dry Conditioner Mist and it’s honestly such a great product for freshening up the hair mid-week and keeping frizziness at bay.
If you curl your hair a lot or live in a humid area, I highly highly recommend trying it out – and it’s less than $7!
Colleen Rothschild Quench & Shine Restorative Mask
I’ve been using this hair mask every single week as a deep conditioner since late Summer, and my hair has never felt softer and looked more healthy. Every time I use it my hair looks like I just left the salon, which is the ultimate goal, am I right?!
This mask is perfect for people who straighten and curl their hair frequently, as it helps repair split ends and improves the hair’s elasticity. It also smells amazing and I foresee it lasting a LONG time, since you only have to use a little product each time you use it.
Teleties Hair Ties
I recently started using TELETIES hair ties and legit I will never use a regular hair tie again. I’m always throwing my hair up in a ponytail or messy bun when I’m at home and then taking it down before leaving the house, and I can’t stand how regular hair ties always give you that dreaded line. These hair ties don’t do that and they’re super gentle on your hair and great if you typically get headaches from wearing regular ones.
Bonus points: With every TELETIES purchase, the company donates a portion of the sale to the non-profit organization FORCE (Facing Our Risk of Cancer Empowered) which helps families affected by hereditary breast, ovarian, and related cancers. I’m all about supporting brands that give back, and I LOVE this mission.
Skin & Co Truffle Therapy Whipped Cleansing Cream – Save 20% with CARA_KINDLYUNSPOKEN
Over the last year I’ve been on a serious hunt for a makeup remover that works well and doesn’t dry the skin out. Thanks to Boxycharm, I finally discovered a makeup remover from Skin & Co that removes every single ounce of makeup off your skin (even heavy eye products) and leaves it hydrated.
Their Truffle Therapy Whipped Cleansing Cream is legit the softest thing you will ever put on your face and the whipped texture is amazing! I know this sounds crazy but I actually look forward to washing my face with this cream, because it’s THAT soft, and my skin always feels really nice afterwards.

Avon Anew Vitamin C Warming Peel Exfoliant
Another skincare favorite of mine lately is the Avon Vitamin C Warming Peel. From the moment you put it on your skin, you’ll totally understand my obsession, but the warming sensation feels incredible.
This is one of my favorite items to use on my skin at the start and end of the week, and it does an awesome job of exfoliating dead, dry skin away and opening up your pores.
Dermatologist’s Choice Pre-Bath Oil
I posted about this product last month on my Instagram and it’s been a godsend for my dry skin this fall season. This product was actually originally created for those who have eczema, so if you have dry or sensitive skin it’s worth trying out. I just apply it on my skin right before I take a bath and then go about my routine as normal.
Physicians Formula The Healthy Foundation
I recently ran out of my go-to foundation from Tarte, and instead of running out and buying another I re-visited my makeup collection and re-discovered how awesome The Healthy Foundation from PF is. I’ve been wearing a lot less makeup on my skin lately and this one is so light-weight and hydrating and is a perfect match with my skin tone. It also has SPF in it perfect for sunny days.
I think it normally costs around $10-$12 but I found it on Walmart.com for less than $6!
Burt’s Bees Lip Butters
As seen in my recent 5 Tips for a Better Lip Care Routine, the new Burt’s Bees Lip Butters at Ulta Beauty are SO good. They’re super creamy and hydrating and are one of the best lip products I’ve found for combating dry winter lips. I especially love the Vanilla & Clove one, but they also come in 3 other flavors and are under $5 each.
Wander Beauty Illuminating Face Oil
Okay so this product is the only splurge in today’s post, but it’s so good I had to include it. For me personally, I always like my skin to look glowy and bright and this illuminating oil is the perfect multi-tasker.
I just apply a tiny amount under my foundation and it’s like a primer, glowing serum, and moisturizer all in one. It adds such a pretty, iridescent glow (as you can see in the photo above) and although I can’t speak to whether or not this product would work well with oily skin, it’s worth the splurge if you have dry skin.
Twice Shy Earrings
As you all know, I’m earrings obsessed and I recently discovered a new small brand called Twice Shy that has the cutest jewelry items. They graciously sent me two pairs of earrings including the Juniper Lotus Studs and Mila Butterfly Drop Earrings and I seriously adore both of them.
The studs are so dainty and could easily be dressed up or down and the butterfly earrings are perfect for date night or a special occasion.
Hope you enjoyed today’s roundup of my Fall Beauty and Fashion Favorites! Have you tried any of these products? Let me know in the comments below!
Thanks for stopping by! – Cara
I’ve been wanting to try The Healthy Foundation for a while, and with how dry my skin is right now I might have to! Especially if it has your seal of approval. I just started using a generic brand of those hair ties, and they are the best!
Just sayin’,

I would definitely check it out then! My skin deals with dryness pretty much year round, and this one is hydrating and has such a pretty, natural looking finish. And yay those kind of hair ties are AWESOME!
I want to try it all!
Yes! I always get so excited when I discover good products. Lots of great skincare finds this past few months!
Great picks! I also love the Burts Bees lip butter – especially this time of year!
