I’m also sharing my favorite products for brightening, moisturizing, and enhancing the skin’s natural beauty, and ways to achieve a gorgeous glow.

Eat Better Foods

This first skincare tip is nothing new, but the phrase “You are what you eat” holds so much truth when it comes to the health of your skin. Eating colorful, fresh fruits and veggies, lean proteins, and foods full of vitamin C will help enhance and brighten the skin’s overall complexion.

Just as the face needs to be moisturized and exfoliated regularly, so do the lips. I’m actually pretty old school when it comes to exfoliating and I personally use a toothbrush to remove any dead skin if my lips get chapped.

  9. Great tips girl!! I want to try out that brightening stick!! I have noticed as I’ve gotten a little older my skin isn’t as bright as it used to be. I am all about great skin care that works!! I will be looking into these products.

    1. Exfoliating really helps with that too. Any time my skin is looking a little dull I know it’s time to exfoliate more.

  15. Great advice! I’m big on eating well and hydrating. I don’t do quite so well when it comes to sun block, though I try. I love the idea of skin care products with the SPF built into them. It’s one less thing to think about!

    1. Yes I definitely encourage wearing sunscreen. It makes such a difference on the health of your skin.

  16. Love all of these tips! Moisturizer and sunscreen are my go-tos for looking hydrated and firmed up! I also love a good sheet mask. One important thing for me lately is eye cream. My smile lines are getting deeper the closer I get to 30, so proper moisturizing and vitamins are a must for my eyes.

  17. SO many new products to try! I’m sometimes hesitant to try serums and what not because my skin is so sensitive. My biggest tip for healthy skin is to drink loads of water – it has made such a difference for me this last year!

    1. I definitely agree with that- and getting enough sleep helps me too. Otherwise I look like a zombie lol. I have sensitive skin too and I love both serums I’ve tried from them so far. You might really like the Rose one.
