Eat Better Foods
This first skincare tip is nothing new, but the phrase “You are what you eat” holds so much truth when it comes to the health of your skin. Eating colorful, fresh fruits and veggies, lean proteins, and foods full of vitamin C will help enhance and brighten the skin’s overall complexion.

Protect Your Skin from the Sun
No matter the age or skin tone, the best thing you can do for your skin is to protect it by wearing sunscreen. Sun damage not only weakens the elasticity of the skin, but it also noticeably ages the skin’s overall texture.
To prevent damage, it is best to wear a minimum of SPF 15 for everyday exposure and for days where you will be in the sun for extended periods, you should wear SPF 30 or more.

Replenish the Skin’s Moisture with Serums

Give Yourself a Weekly Facial At Home

Don’t Forget The Lips
Just as the face needs to be moisturized and exfoliated regularly, so do the lips. I’m actually pretty old school when it comes to exfoliating and I personally use a toothbrush to remove any dead skin if my lips get chapped.
