  1. It can be made with fresh or frozen blueberries. No matter the time of year you can still make this yummy blueberry cobbler. I actually prefer making it with frozen blueberries and I always have a big bag from Sam’s Club on hand. You don’t even have to thaw them before using!

Ingredients You’ll Need

1. Prepare Blueberries

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Add 4 cups of blueberries to a large mixing bowl and add in ¼ cup of granulated sugar, gently stirring until coated. Pour evenly into the prepared baking dish.

2. Prepare Cake Mix Crumble Topping

In a large mixing bowl, add 1 boxed yellow cake mix.  Melt 1 stick of butter in the microwave and pour over the cake mix. Stir until combined and crumbly.

3. Add Topping and Bake

Use your hands and crumble the cake mix evenly over the blueberries.

Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes or until lightly golden.

4. Let Cool

Let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving. This allows all the juices in the blueberries to set up.

5. Serve and Enjoy

If desired, serve with vanilla ice cream or top with whipped cream.
