3 Month GrandeLASH-MD Review – My Honest Thoughts
How I Used The Lash Serum
For the past 3 months I’ve been using the GrandeLASH-MD Lash Serum every single night in my evening skincare routine before bed.
I’m really proud of the fact that I never skipped a day, and I carefully followed the guidelines of ensuring my skin was freshly cleaned and my lashes were free of makeup before applying.
I also only applied 1 dip of product to both lashes, even though I’ll admit I was initially concerned it wasn’t going to be enough to yield any results.
Because of this concern, I did alternate between which eye I applied the lash serum to first, just to ensure both eyelashes were getting plenty of product on them each night.
When I Started Noticing Results
For the first couple of weeks I didn’t really notice any changes, but at the end of week 3 and week 4, I started noticing my eyelashes were getting thicker, longer-looking, and they began to naturally curl under.
This was a huge win in my book, because my eyelashes have always been annoyingly stick straight.
From that point on, it honestly seemed like my eyelashes looked longer, thicker, and healthier every morning when I would check them in the mirror. It was awesome!
I also really started noticing the improvements whenever I would apply my mascara when doing my makeup, and I noticed I wasn’t having to use as many coats of mascara, because my natural lashes were already so much thicker, healthier, and longer-looking.

Overall Thoughts
Using the GrandeLASH-MD Lash Serum was honestly so easy, and it’s something I’ll definitely continue maintaining in my routine even now that the 3 months are over.
As an FYI, once you complete the first 3-month cycle you can then go into maintenance mode with your lash serum and only have to apply every other day (which is what I’m currently doing).
It’s so nice to be able to have gorgeous, thick, long-looking lashes naturally, without falsies or lash extensions, and I love that it’s an affordable solution if you’re looking to improve how your lashes look.
I also wanted to mention that even though I was initially worried about the lash serum causing a reaction on my eyelid or having redness/irritation, I never had any problems at all, which is awesome.
I do have very sensitive skin and eyes, so I’m so happy that I didn’t have any issues with this.

GrandeLASH-MD Lash Serum Before/After Results
When I look at the before/after photos, I’m honestly shocked at how thin my lashes were compared to now, and I’m blown away with how much fuller, healthier, and longer-looking they are.
It’s funny because my lashes have always been fairly long, but now when I look at the comparison I can really tell the difference the thickness of your lashes makes in how they look. The transformation is incredible and I’m honestly so impressed!
If you look closely in the after photos, you can see that my lashes look darker but really it’s just that they’re much thicker and longer-looking now. For comparison purposes, I’ve also included photos of what my lashes look like now with and without mascara.

As you can see in the photos above, the before/after results are amazing and I’m so in love with how my lashes look now!
Even without mascara you can tell that my lashes are so much fuller, thicker, and healthier, and I love that I don’t need a ton of mascara anymore.
In the photo above I’m only wearing one thin coat of mascara, because I really wanted to let my natural lashes shine through, and they look SO good!
Update: GrandeLASH-MD Serum Results 6 Months Later
Several people have asked me about my results after the 3 month challenge ended, so I thought I’d share an updated before/after photo.
The photo on the left shows what my photos looked like before using GrandeLASH-MD and the photo on the right is after using it for 6 months.

Thanks so much, Carol! I’m glad you found the post helpful and I think you’ll definitely be pleased with the results! To answer your question, no I don’t use a lash curler. After using Grande Lash, the length/thickness grew which made them curl on their own. I’d also recommend trying out the purple Essence mascara I mention in this post, if you haven’t already. It’s amazing and only $5!
Lash growth serum is amazing I wish I took before and after close up photos but my eye lashes are 3X thicker and getting longer with the help of Dermalmd Lash Growth Serum. Be patient! It took 5-6 weeks for me to see results. Still on the first bottle and I ordered the eyebrow one to thicken those up too!

Hi there! I have been interested in this for sooo long! I’m just wondering if lashes will fall out or thin if you stop using the product?
Hi Maria! Great question! As I included in the post, continued use is recommended in order to maintain your results. Once you have went through the initial 3 month growth cycle, it’s best to apply every other day. I’ve been in “maintenance mode” for a year now and I haven’t noticed any fall out or decrease in my lash growth, but they do mention on their site that this can happen if you stop using the product. It’s definitely worth it in my book. Hope that helps!
Wow! Your lashes look amazing! How long did one tube last? Did one tube cover the full 3 months of daily use or did you need multiple tubes to get through that initial period?
Thanks, Krystal! Great question! It lasted me probably about 3 1/2 months and that was using daily for the first 3 months and then every other day after that. I just dipped it in once and applied to both lashes daily and it was plenty enough product with just one dip. I was honestly amazed at the results and my lashes have grew tremendously – even after the first 3 months. Let me know if you have any other questions. 🙂
I LOVE this stuff. As I have aged (I’m 53) and with my underactive thyroid problems, I have notice that my long healthy lashes were something from the past. I started using GrandLash – MD a year or so ago. It makes my lashes incredibly thick at first then they get incredibly long. Have you seen or heard of any problems with the fact that after several months of use the eyelashes get thinner and have a few very long lashes while the others are disappearing again? I have had to stop using for several months and then start using again to get the look that I want. It seems that the longer I use this serum my body almost starts rejecting it. Am I crazy? What could I be doing wrong?
Hi Becky, thanks so much for sharing your experience and I’m so glad to hear that you too love GrandeLash-MD! 🙂 In regards to your question – I haven’t personally noticed any issues, my lashes are still just as long/thick, but after the initial 3 months, I did cut it down to using only every other day as they recommend. If you are using daily, I’d recommend doing that, as that could be the issue.
I see this product all the time, which makes you wonder if it’s just another gimmick. It’s nice to read this honest, no nonsense review. Clearly, this is a great product worth trying. Your lashes look great!
