Life Lately in Photos- Fall 2017 Edition

Hey everyone! Hope all of you had a wonderful Thanksgiving week with your family and friends! My parents arrived at our house in Georgia last Saturday and stayed until Wednesday for an early Thanksgiving dinner. It was so nice to be able to catch up with them and just relax.

After Monday I took a complete break from the blog, social media, and the cyber world period and I have to be honest- it was AMAZING. Sometimes I think we all just need a break from all the hustle and bustle of social media and the internet, and it’s nice to just live in the moment and not worry about what’s going on anywhere else in the world.

Everyone who took the time to take my recent reader survey kept mentioning how much they love all of my family oriented posts and requested I start sharing more real-life moments, so without further adieu here’s some snapshots into my world lately.

Life Lately in Photos- Fall 2017 Edition

This fall has been such a busy season for us, but we’ve been having a blast in our new home in Georgia and really enjoying getting used to living in a warmer climate.

Here’s the boys with the pumpkins they helped carve this year.

And here’s our Zombie family costumes, which I think we rocked. 😉

The boys have been absolute living it up playing in our backyard and jumping on the trampoline lately. It’s so odd yet wonderful to be outside in November minus winter jackets.

The boys recently had a Family Pow-Wow/Thanksgiving Picnic and it was so fun seeing all the kids dressed up. My little turkey and indian were just oh so adorable!

And of course I had to share some of the delicious treats I made for Thanksgiving. My Pumpkin Pie Cookies and Pineapple Upside Down Cake were a huge hit! Let me know if you’d like me to share recipes of either on the blog! 🙂
