Easy No Bake Chocolate Lasagna Recipe
This chocolate lasagna is a chocolate lovers dream dessert and you’ll want to add this delicious chocolate dessert recipe to your collection ASAP!
I love making this chocolate lasagna whenever I’m craving something chocolate, creamy, and lightweight. And since it’s a no bake dessert you don’t even have to turn on your oven.
This 9×13 dessert is perfect to make for a crowd for potlucks or family gatherings, and is great for Valentine’s Day/date night, holidays, or anytime you’re in need of a little chocolate fix. You can even make it ahead of time and add the garnish on right before serving.

Cara’s Tips:
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes between each layer -I know it’s hard to be patient when you just want to eat your chocolate lasagna, but letting each layer chill will help avoid messy mishaps with your layers and makes it easier to spread.
- Use an angled spatula – This little tool is amazing for spreading each layer smoothly. If you don’t have one, use a non-stick spatula or butter knife.
- Garnish the top before serving – You can use miniature chocolate chips, crushed oreo cookies, drizzle on chocolate syrup, add chopped candy bars, or even add some chocolate curls if you’re feeling super fancy. Whatever you choose, wait to garnish right before serving so that it doesn’t get soggy.

- Category: Dessert
- Method: No Bake
- Cuisine: American
Ingredients
- 1 package Oreo cookies with cream centers (around 33 cookies)
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz) cream cheese, at room temp (I used 1/3 fat)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 and 3/4 cups milk, plus 2 Tablespoons, divided (I used 2%)
- 2 (8 oz) tubs of Cool Whip ( I used light)

- Mini chocolate chips or crushed Oreo for garnish
Instructions
- Crush Oreo cookies into crumbs using a food processor or a ziploc bag and a rolling pin/tenderizer.
- In a large, microwave-safe bowl melt the butter and combine with the crushed cookie crumbs.
- Pour crumbs into a 9 x 13 baking dish and use a fork to evenly press the crumbs across the dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the cream cheese and beat with a hand mixer until light and fluffy. Add in 2 tbsp of milk and the sugar until well combined. Fold in 8 oz of cool whip.
- Carefully spread the cream cheese mixture over the cookie crust, cover, and refrigerate for 10 minutes to set.
- In a large bowl combine the chocolate pudding mixes and 2 and 3/4 cups of milk and whisk until it thickens.
- Remove dish from refrigerator and spread the chocolate pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer. Cover and refrigerate again for another 10 minutes to set.
