No Bake Chocolate Lasagna
This chocolate lasagna is the perfect dessert to make for a crowd for potlucks or family gatherings and while it looks fancy, making this delicious chocolate lasagna couldn’t be any easier!
It seriously only requires just a few, simple ingredients that you most likely already have in your pantry and fridge and takes less than 30 minutes of prep work. This no bake chocolate lasagna is even a fun dessert to make with your kids, and my boys definitely didn’t complain about helping lick the bowls/spoons during the process.
Easy Tips For Making Your No Bake Chocolate Lasagna:
– Refrigerate for 10 minutes between each chocolate lasagna layer. I know, I know – it’s hard to be patient when you just want to eat your chocolate lasagna, but letting each layer chill will help avoid messy mishaps with your layers. This is especially important if you’re taking to a gathering or potluck and want it to look nice. 🙂
– Use a long, rubber spatula like this one for carefully spreading each layer. If you don’t have one, a case knife or cake icing spatula works well too.
– Have fun with garnishing the top – use miniature chocolate chips, crushed oreo cookies, drizzle chocolate syrup, your favorite candy bars, or even add some chocolate curls if you’re feeling super fancy. I like miniature chocolate chips and crushed Oreo because they’re quick and easy, but the possibilities are endless.
