Our family likes pairing it with white rice and veggies, but you could also eat it with fried rice, noodles, or cauliflower rice to keep it low carb! Slow Cooker Honey Sesame Chicken (Crock Pot Recipe)

This Crock Pot Honey Sesame Chicken couldn’t be any easier to make! I love that it only takes a couple hours and I can just throw all the ingredients in the crockpot without a lot of work.

Step 1: Lightly spray bottom of crockpot/slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray or line with one of these amazing disposable liners. (I love using these for easy clean-up!)

Step 2: Dice boneless, skinless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Add to the crockpot and lightly season with salt and pepper.

Step 3: In a small bowl combine honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes. Whisk together until mixed well.

Step 4: Carefully pour mixture over chicken in crockpot and cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 1 ½ hours- 2 ½ hours.

Step 5: Once chicken is fully cooked, remove chicken from crockpot and carefully pour sauce into a sauce pan. Add cornstarch to the sauce and bring to a boil, stirring constantly with a whisk until sauce thickens. (About 5-10 minutes)

Step 6: Re-combine chicken and sauce and stir well. Serve chicken over white rice and add sesame seeds and diced scallions to taste.
