For the shredded chicken used in this recipe, I seasoned the chickenΒ breast with salt and pepper, drizzled lightly with olive oil, and threw in the crock pot for 3 hours on low. This gets the chicken nice and tender, and makes shredding a breeze!

  1. These look so good and so simple! I’ve never made pinwheels before, but I have a recent obsession with cream cheese so I’ll have to try these out. Do they keep in the refrigerator? There’s only the two of us, so I doubt we could eat them all. (doubtful, but possible) Thanks for sharing!

    • Thank-you! And yep they last in the refrigerator for 3-4 days after making them. If you’re just making for two you could also cut the recipe in half! πŸ™‚
