2-Ingredient Pizza Dough (Weight Watchers Pizza)
Hey everyone! Today I’m SO excited to share my absolute favorite 2-Ingredient Pizza Dough Recipe that’s delicious, easy to make, and so much healthier than regular pizza dough.
You guys already know that pizza holds a special place in my heart and our family eats pizza on a weekly basis. But let’s be real – pre-made and store-bought pizza dough is loaded with all kinds of preservatives and artificial ingredients that aren’t good for you.
With my Whole30 Journey I’m really trying to maintain clean eating as much as possible, and even with indulgences like pizza I still want to make smarter, healthier choices.
That’s why whenever we make homemade pizza we always opt for this delicious and super simple 2-ingredient pizza dough (also known as Weight Watchers Pizza).
Not only is it free of preservatives, added sugar, and artificial ingredients normally found in pre-made pizza dough, but it’s packed with protein and couldn’t be more simple to make!

Easy 2-Ingredient Pizza Dough Recipe (No Yeast)
Our family has been making this easy 2-ingredient pizza dough for a couple years now and I seriously wish we would have known about it sooner because it’s so delicious! We originally got the recipe from one of our favorite YouTube channels – Cooking With Shotgun Red and it’s quickly became our favorite pizza dough. It seriously tastes like regular pizza crust and has a soft and chewy texture that is so perfect.
It also really is as simple as it sounds and requires only 2 ingredients including self-rising flour and non-fat plain Greek yogurt. The self-rising flour gives the dough a quick rise with no yeast or waiting time required, and the Greek yogurt adds a delicious flavor and makes the dough tender and pliable for easy rolling.
Recommended Tools for Weight Watchers Pizza:
What Kind of Yogurt Can I Use?
For this 2-ingredient pizza dough, I recommend using only Greek yogurt, not regular yogurt. Regular yogurt will make the dough way too sticky and hard to handle and won’t result in the same tender crust.
You can use either non-fat, 2%, or full fat Greek yogurt depending on what you have on hand, but personally I use the 0% non-fat and love it.
How Can I Make Self-Rising Flour?
If you only have all-purpose flour on hand but want to make this 2-ingredient pizza dough, good news – you can make your own!
Simply add 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon of salt to 1 cup of all-purpose flour. If making the full amount for this recipe, simply double the amount.
What Can I Do If My Pizza Dough is Sticky?
As with any pizza dough if it’s a little sticky and hard to work with, add a little bit of flour until it’s easier to work with when rolling out. I recommend only adding about a tablespoon at a time.
Can I Freeze My Pizza Dough?
You unfortunately can’t freeze this pizza dough uncooked, but you can bake the crust in the oven (minus toppings) for about 20 minutes, let it cool, and then store it in an airtight container or freezer safe bag and freeze until you’re ready to make your pizza.
Delicious Pizza Topping Ideas:
- Classic Pepperoni (My Kid’s Fave) – Can’t go wrong with pepperoni and cheese!
- Pepperoni, Bacon, and Onion (Our Fave!) – What could be better than slices of pepperoni, thinly sliced onion, and crispy bacon covered in mozzarella cheese?!
- Four Cheese & Herbs – Mix and match your favorite kinds of cheese and sprinkle with dried herbs like italian seasoning.
- Hawaiian – Load your pizza with slices of ham and pineapple for a delicious sweet and salty combo!
- BBQ Chicken – Diced grilled barbecue chicken, sliced onion, and mozzarella cheese are delicious together.
How to Make 2-Ingredient Pizza Dough:
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer, combine the Greek yogurt and self-rising flour until a thick dough forms. I prefer using my stand mixer because it’s less messy, but you can also do it by hand.
Knead flour mixture on a lightly floured surface until a smooth dough forms. Knead it into a ball shape and set aside while you get your toppings ready. Once ready, take dough and divide it into two equal balls or if you prefer to make one large pizza, skip this step.
Place dough onto the parchment paper lined baking sheet and press your dough into a rectangular shape. I recommend using a rolling pin to help get it started and then use your hands.
Top your pizza crusts with pizza sauce and desired toppings and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top and sides are slightly golden brown. Doesn’t it look SO delicious?

how many points is this?
I can’t seem to get the crust crispy! Any suggestions?
Hi Fran,
This is more of a softer crust, but if you want to get it more crisp you can always roll out the dough thinner. Hope that helps!
Even when I did WW, I never did try their 2 ingredient dough. I really need to! Your pizza looks amazing
You definitely should try it! It’s SO yummy and easy to make. And thank you!
