Melting Ice Cream Makeup Halloween Tutorial

I scream, you scream, we all scream for Ice Cream! Today’s Halloween Makeup Tutorial is a Melting Ice Cream Makeup Look and it’s legit probably the most fun makeup look I’ve ever created. I absolutely LOVE how bright and colorful it is with all the sprinkles and it’s one of those makeup looks that makes you feel all sorts of happy go lucky.

This melting ice cream makeup is so easy to create and you can get creative in using whatever colors you want with both the ice cream and sprinkles. I kept it bright and colorful with rainbow sherbet colors including bright pink, bright blue, and white, but you could also do a traditional Neapolitan look with vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate.

How to Make The Ice Cream Cone

Aside from this makeup look being adorable in itself, the one thing that really makes this look even cuter is the ice cream cone. Even better – it’s so easy to DIY and you only need a few simple supplies which I’ve linked below. I just love how it makes it look more realistic and the bright sprinkles are so fun!

Recommended Supplies:

• Ice Cream Cones
• Cotton Balls
• Sprinkles
• Clear Glue
• Lash Glue (for attaching to your forehead)

To create the ice cream cone for this Halloween makeup look, simply grab a pack of ice cream cones, some cotton balls, sprinkles, clear Elmer’s glue, and a plate to put everything on.

First, stretch out the cotton balls to a more thin layer and glue it around the rim of the ice cream cone. You want it to have the fluffy appearance of vanilla ice cream. To make sure it will sit on your forehead well, you can always check how it looks in the mirror as you go.

Once all the cotton is secure on the ice cream cone, pour some sprinkles onto a plate and apply a thin layer of glue on top of the cotton.

Next, gently dip and press to adhere the sprinkles. Once attached, let the ice cream cone dry for about 10 minutes, then line the inside rim with lash glue and carefully press onto the desired spot of your forehead. Also, in case you’re wondering the lash glue removes easily after you’re finished wearing your costume. 🙂
