Apple Peanut Butter French Toast Roll-Ups

The inspiration for these yummy Apple Peanut Butter French Toast Roll-Ups actually stems from my family’s undying love of both peanut butter and apples.

It’s such a classic, delicious combo and with the extreme versatility of peanut butter, it’s always a pantry staple in our home. I also love the fact that with every two-tablespoon serving, we always get lots of protein, fiber, and unsaturated fats.

Beyond the incredible flavor combination of the cinnamon sugar apples and the peanut butter, these French toast roll-ups are so easy to make and the fact that they are baked in the oven will save you both time and hassle from being in the kitchen all morning long.
